Product or Service Presentation:
Each product or service in the online store is presented with basic information as well as additional details: product name, image, short description, long description, additional details (color, size, composition, maintenance instructions, etc.), price, and the option to rate the product. If you wish to add the desired product or service to your cart, simply click the “BUY NOW” button.
Purchase Process:
If you are sure that you want to buy the products in your cart, click on the “place an order” button. The system will redirect you to a form where you enter the required information. After entering your details and the delivery address, confirm them by clicking the “next step” button. The system will then redirect you to a form where you choose the payment and delivery method.
Delivery:
All products that are in stock (as indicated for individual items) will be shipped within 2-7 working days upon receiving your order! Shipments are not carried out on Sundays and holidays. In case of special requests, please enter them in the notes at the bottom of the order. All information is also available by phone. The contact person for information is ALEKSANDAR ŽIVKOVIĆ. Information is also available via email: aleksanderthegreathamp@gmail.com. We sell and deliver within the Republic of Slovenia and the countries of the European Union. For European Union countries, we provide information on delivery costs at the email address ualeksanderthegreathamp@gmail.com. All contracts for Slovenian citizens are concluded in the Slovenian language, and for other residents of the European Union, contracts are concluded in English. Products that have been shipped will be delivered to you by prior arrangement. We will call you by phone or inform you at your email address.
Shipping Costs:
We dispatch goods through the company Pošta Slovenije, with whom we have a contract. Knowing that your security in payment is a top priority, we offer you 100% secure payment upon receipt of goods in the e-shop, with cash. When the courier delivers the goods to you, you will pay for the goods in cash. Your cost will be exactly as stated on your order, which we will send to your confirmed email (the postman will additionally charge you a commission for invoice payment).
If you choose to pay by proforma invoice, you can avoid this commission, but you need to select the option to pay by proforma invoice when placing your order. The postage is 3.50 EUR, regardless of the quantity of the purchase. In case of special requests, please enter them in the notes at the bottom of the order. By clicking the “preview proforma invoice” button, you can review your order once again, and if everything is correct, confirm the order by clicking the “complete purchase” button. If you have entered your correct email address in the details, you will receive an electronic order confirmation after completing the purchase process.
Prices and VAT:
Prices in the online store are marked in euros. Online prices apply to all users of the online store. VAT is included in the prices according to the provisions of the Value Added Tax Act.
Data Confidentiality:
KONOPLJA – Aleksandar Živković s.p. requires some of your personal data for the correct fulfillment of the order. All data will be kept confidential and will never be disclosed to third parties. The catalog of the collection of personal data is registered with the state supervisory authority and published in the register of collections of personal data.
COMPLAINTS
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Every customer has the right, in accordance with applicable legislation, to notify within 14 days of receiving the products that they are withdrawing from the purchase. The customer should provide necessary purchase information in the communication, such as name, invoice number, etc., to enable the company to process their request. When returning products, the customer, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, incurs no additional costs other than the direct cost of returning the goods.
The consumer is considered to have sent the notice on time if it is sent within the withdrawal period specified by law. The period starts one day after the date of receipt. The burden of proof regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal rests with the consumer. A consumer is a natural person who acquires or uses goods and services for purposes outside of their professional or gainful activity. The right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Act does not apply to legal entities.
Before withdrawing from the purchase, the customer may inspect and test the product to the extent necessary to determine its actual condition. The consumer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods if the decrease is a result of handling that is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. The notice of withdrawal or the product is considered sent on time if the shipment is handed over before the expiration of the 14-day return period.
For products that are determined to have been damaged due to improper or inappropriate use or handling that is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, complaints will not be accepted. If you wish to receive such a product after the rejection of the complaint, we will send it to you and charge you for the costs associated with the delivery of such a product. KONOPLJA – Aleksandar Živković s.p. does not allow personal returns of purchased goods at the company’s physical address.
PRODUCT DEFECT
The consumer can assert defects in the purchased goods based on a warranty or a product defect, as provided by the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot). The buyer must notify the seller of any actual defects, along with a precise description of them, at their own expense within the legally prescribed period and allow the seller to inspect the item.
A defect is considered actual when:
- the item does not have the properties necessary for its normal use or circulation,
- the item does not have the properties necessary for its particular use for which the buyer is purchasing it, and which were known to the seller or should have been known,
- the item does not have the expressly or impliedly agreed characteristics or qualities, or
- the seller delivered an item that does not match the sample or model, unless the sample or model was shown only for notification purposes.
- A consumer who has correctly informed the seller of a defect has the right to demand one of the following options from the seller:
- the seller rectifies the defect in the goods,
- the seller refunds a proportionate part of the paid amount due to the defect,
- the seller replaces the defective goods with new, faultless goods, or
- the seller refunds the paid amount.
The seller is not liable for actual defects in the goods that become apparent after two years from the delivery or after the product has already been used. If the subject of the contract between the seller and the buyer is a used item, we are not liable for actual defects in the goods that become apparent after one year from the delivery. It is considered that the defect in the item existed at the time of delivery if it appears within six months from the delivery.
WARRANTY
Items come with a warranty if specified on the warranty certificate or invoice.
The warranty is valid only if the instructions on the warranty certificate have been followed, and the invoice is presented when making a warranty claim. The warranty period starts from the date of receiving the goods. According to Article 18 of the Consumer Protection Act, it is not necessary for the company to specifically confirm the warranty certificate.
The warranty does not apply in the case of:
- physical damage to the item,
- wear and tear due to use, and
- defects resulting from incorrect, inappropriate, or negligent use of the item.
The warranty, therefore, applies only to “hidden” defects that occur without the user’s influence. The warranty does not apply if the company determines that there has been mechanical damage or possible contact of the item with liquids. The product is replaced with a new one if service or repair is not possible.
If the repair takes more than 45 days, we will replace the product with a new one. If this is not possible, we will fully refund the purchase price paid by the buyer for the specific item. Warranty conditions for products in the online store are in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Invoice Issuance:
A detailed invoice will be received alongside the package. The invoice is located in an envelope attached to the package. In case you do not receive the invoice, we can send it to your email address. For personal pickup, you will receive the invoice along with the products.
Complaints and Disputes:
The online store adheres to the applicable consumer protection laws. The online store KONOPLJA – Aleksandar Živković s.p. strives to fulfill its obligation to provide an effective complaint-handling system. The complaint handling process is confidential.
Information on the Pages:
We reserve the right to make content and other changes to both the general terms and conditions and the conditions of the online store. Errors are possible, and we do not assume any responsibility for them. Product images are symbolic, and color variations are possible due to the nature of the products.
Validity of the Order:
By placing an order, the customer confirms acceptance of our sales terms. The customer can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. In the event that we cannot fulfill the delivery of the goods, we reserve the right to cancel the order. The customer will be notified of this via email or phone.
Costs of Communication Services:
The cost of calling the telephone number is charged at your operator’s standard rate.
